Jackson County Sheriff’s Office Press Release

On April 6, 2009, at approximately 7:00AM, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office responded to the report of a burglary at Panhandle Tractor company located at 5003 Hwy 90, in Marianna, Fl. During the course of the investigation, it was learned that at approximately 11:15PM on April 5, 2009, a white male, approximately 6’00 in height and weighing approximately 220lbs, unlawfully cut the chain on the gate of the business and entered the west side of the property. The suspect, while on the property, did steal 2 ATV’s: a 2009, camouflage in color, Arctic Cat 550 four-wheel drive, valued at approximately $8,000, and a 2009, camouflage in color, Arctic Cat 750 4x4 Automatic, valued at approximately $9,000. Surveillance video revealed that the subject was driving a 2004, or newer model, medium to dark gray-colored, four door Dodge pick-up, pulling a white enclosed trailer with a fold down rear door, believed to be approximately 16 feet long.
