Tea Party Group “Concerned American Patriots” To Hold Debate

By Sid Riley

November elections are drawing closer and closer. Candidates are getting into the campaign mode as yard signs, tv ads, radio spots, newspaper ads (hopefully), and other means of getting their name and their messages out to the public are becoming more and more apparent. Voting day will be here before we know it.

In order to assure everyone has had plenty of opportunity to meet, evaluate, and question the candidates before election day arrives, the local tea party affiliate, “Concerned American Patriots” will hold a six candidate forum for their July meeting.

These six candidates will all be opting for the House of Representatives seat currently held by Democrat Allen Boyd. They are; Dianne Berryhill, Paul McKain, David Scholl, Eddie Hendry, Barbara Olschner, and Steve Southerland.

So mark Monday evening, March 19 at 6:00 PM on your calendar to be at the Agricultural Center on Highway 90, West of Marianna. Be an informed voter, America needs you.
