Commission selects new Concessionaires

At Tuesday’s regular Marianna City Commission meeting it was announced that for the 2010 season at the MERE baseball complex the Marianna Optimist Club has not requested renewal of their concession agreement with the City. However, they did request the right of continuation of the leasing of advertising signs at the park entrances to supporters within the community.
The City had previously advertised for new Concessionaires to submit proposals, and had received three applications. From these, Robin and Zachary Hatcher were selected as the concession operators for the coming season.
