Help !! That was essentially the message delivered to the County Commissioners by a delegation of involved citizens from the Chamber of Commerce at a special workshop which was held before Tuesday evening’s regular Commission meeting. The tough economic climate, increasing utility costs, and increasing insurance costs have combined to put the Chamber into a negative budget condition. In order to meet needs, they are being forced to dip into fixed reserve funds.
