Early voting is already underway, and the ballot is full of difficult to understand proposed amendments to the Florida Constitution. There were originally nine amendments, but Florida Supreme Court proceedings eliminated three. Thus, voters must now vote on six proposed constitutional changes with a “yes or no” vote. Additionally, there is one state wide special referendum and one Jackson County referendum on the ballot.
