Remember the struggle which the Sneads City Commission had to referee between a group of complaining local residents who lived near a local night club because of the late night noises which disturbed the peace and tranquility of their home sites? In that battle, after continuing tightening of allowable decibels as measured by scientific equipment, the business owner finally closed his Sneads business and moved across the river to Chattahoochee.
