On Monday, November 15 at around 8:45 PM, deputies with the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office went to 5557 Hill Lane Marianna, Florida in response to a reported burglary in progress.
When the first deputy arrived, he saw a male suspect flee from the residence on foot towards a wooded area. The deputy pursued the man and was able to overtake him. The suspect was taken into custody and placed in a patrol vehicle for transport to the county jail.
