The Florida legislature was busy on Tuesday of this week. They overrode the vetoes of Governor Charlie Crist on seven previously presented bills. In addition, they passed a bill, SB 2a which delays implementation of the much discussed septic tank legislation which was previously pushed through the system by state environmental organizations.
